Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do you take custom orders?
Right now, I don’t offer custom dye jobs, but you can always reach out with color ideas! I love hearing what you're dreaming of, and you might inspire a future colorway.
2. Will this yarn look exactly like the photo?
Each skein is hand-dyed in small batches, so slight variations are normal. That’s part of the charm! Your skein will always be in the same colorway family, but no two are identical twins.
3. Is your yarn colorfast?
Yes! All skeins are fully set and rinsed. Some colors, especially neons or reds, might bleed on first wash. I always recommend hand-washing in cool water with wool wash and laying flat to dry.
4. Can I machine wash your yarn?
Nope. This is hand-dyed fiber art. Treat it with love: hand wash, lay flat to dry, and don’t put it in the dryer unless you want to cry.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of my yarn, all sales are final. But if there's an issue with your order, email me and I’ll make it right.
6. What does OOAK mean?
It stands for “One of a Kind.” These skeins are experiments, happy accidents, or small-run chaos. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I only ship within the U.S. But I’m hoping to expand in the future!
